My first pair of shoes were Chuck Taylors so I wear them to this day.
What is your passion?
I am passionate about education. I am passionate about education because I think knowledge is our greatest currency and our key to the future.
What advice would you give freshmen that you wish you knew when you were one?
Find the free food on campus and don’t be afraid to meet strangers because you never know who will be someone important to you.
How did you get to where you are now?
I stayed in school kids….haha

Who has been your inspiration for success?
My greatest inspiration has been my parents. They have made tremendous sacrifices for me to be able to be on this journey. They are both supportive and critical of what I am doing which pushes me to be a better person, son, researcher, scholar and one day professor.
